I hate doing these type of reviews because unfortunately you have to up mark some businesses by giving them 1 star! Customer parking is non existant except for 1 empty car park space which you are told you can't use because it belongs to the unit next door. Everyone is expected to know this as there is NO signage indicating that is the case. You then have to wait round 45minutes for them to process the rental agreement. No idea how long it takes normally but it did seem excessive! The car hired was nice and clean, on the outside! In the current climate you would expect to have to clean out rubbish left by the previous people who rented the car (business cards and sweet wrappers down inbetween the front seats) as well as a windscreen that you could not see through when driving towards sunlight, it was that filthy! A gentle reminder that we are STILL in a pandemic where CLEANING is paramount!
