        Not great accident waiting to happen, health and safety is big issue.You are asked to pick goods from the warehouse aisles, you are not issued any bump caps, and more concerning there are side loading trucks moving between the aisles while you are picking goods from the shelving. There is a massive stereo speaker booming out house musics from 6am, when you are trying to learn a process this makes it virtually impossible and to make it worse team leaders and supervisors actually encourage this by turning it up even louder. the place is untidy and really disorganised, canteen even without covid restrictions the canteen could barely fit 3 people inside.
