Fleetsauce

I contacted Claire Fogg at Fleetsauce earlier this year, to get a quote for a leasing contract for a BMW. She was very efficient, as well as friendly and easy to deal with at the same time. She got me a great quote and then quickly fine-tuned it exactly according to my wishes. In the end I didn't go with Fleetsauce, only because they couldn't do a deal with my local garage. Otherwise I would have been very happy to go ahead. Despite that, she continued to be friendly and helpful. It is not often that I take time out to write a positive review for client service - but I make an exception for Claire, because I think she is an exceptionally dedicated and hard working team member and a credit to Fleetsauce.

It would appear that a contract is not what it once was. Tread carefully - unregulated agreements provide no rights or protection and offers advertised are easily withdrawn. Fleetsauce are just a broker - the products they advertise are not guaranteed even weeks after signing a contract order. Certainly nothing positive to say and wouldn't recommend them at all.

2nd car ordered with Fleetsauce and I cant be happier with their service Artur deals with me initially to choose the actual car and I must have enquired about at least 10 different models with different options and nothing was too much trouble. Once the car was chosen Artur then hands over to Luke who then deals with all the paperwork, collection of the old and delivery date of the new. I had a few questions as you would expect and again nothing was too much trouble. All are polite, professional and very friendly. I have literally no negatives to say and would recommend Fleetsauce to all!!
