Ordered an item then within 30 mins wanted to change it. The item hasn't been processed or dispatched Called up the company multiple times on about 3 different numbers for 40+ mins each time. Never got through. Next day get an email to say that the item has been posted Read the 1 star reviews of this company, the customer service is non existent and you cannot get hold of them. Awful.

I don't understand why all the bad reviews. I bought a bike for my daughter's 6th birthday, and it was delivered in time, well assembled, the bike is of great quality, and I saved around 50 as the same bike was being sold for a higher price elsewhere. I was really pleased with my purchased and the service I received.

I am delighted to share my positive experience with Tweek Cycles and their exceptional customer service team, led by Mike. Recently, I purchased a front light which unfortunately broke within the warranty period. I was disappointed as it was a really good front light, nice and bright. However, Tweek Cycles quickly resolved the issue and exceeded my expectations. Mike and the team were extremely helpful in contacting the manufacturer to see whether there was an available replacement, and then promptly crediting my account for the broken light. Their prompt and efficient service ensured that I was not inconvenienced for long. I was particularly impressed by their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that I received the best possible customer service experience, by arranging a collection of the broken light for example. I would highly recommend Tweek Cycles to anyone looking for quality cycling products and exceptional customer service.
