    Phil is a wonderful trainer and master of his craft. He not only professionally selects an individual program for you taking into account your preferences, but also ensures that you never lose motivation. That is very rare talent for a trainer to have. As a model, its very important for me to keep myself in a good shape. However, I was always afraid of exhausting workouts as I have problems with my back. Due to protrusion problems, I was afraid to do strength exercises, but under the tactful guidance of Phil, the exercises do not bring any pain and even strengthen the muscles of my back. I am very grateful to Phil and recommend him to all my friends, especially those who have problems with back and who are also afraid of physical activity because of this. P. S: This is what I look like now, thanks to Phil!

    I can't recommend Phil highly enough. He was recommended to me by a friend and I asked Phil to help me with my strength and endurance to help me to retrain in a new job using heavy machinery for long periods of time. The programme he put together for me has had excellent results, Im lifting heavier and am able to work for much longer as a result without feeling wrecked the following day. Im over 40 and have several long term niggly injuries which had been keeping me out of the gym but Phil was able to change the programme exercises to work around these and also offer really useful nutrition tips to help deal with maintaining energy levels. Even though this fitness push was mostly to cope with work demands Ive had comments about how much better Im looking I feel much healthier too. Cheers Phil!

    I cannot believe just how much fitter I have become working with Phil this last two months looking at fitness training and nutrition. It is effecting everything - not just toning up and optimising how I look, or strength but my ability to pull on inner energy when I am tired, less days under the weather and increased immune system, even my balance has become better (I trip and fall less!)! I feel happier, lighter, better ready to face the world. The real test has been going back to climbing. Two sessions in I am climbing stronger than when I left (due to life and injury) and back then I was climbing regularly and therefore technically better. Just two PT sessions a week for approx 2 months and I am able to tackle climbs that were previously at my limit as Phil has tailored my program to suit my goals and needs! Not just that - he is helping me to be better in tune with my body - how an exercise feels when done with perfect posture. Switching it up and then explaining what we are working now and how the slight change in motion is giving more benefits to different muscle groups. Best thing is Phil is always open to feedback - he listens - he listens to what I say, analyses my movements and my breathing and knows when to push harder through the pain and when to leave it or finish to avoid injury. As someone with "tricky" feet and knees this is a Godsend - avoiding shooting knee pains is something no class ever managed - but he is working with these problems and managing to strengthen my knees and ankles!

    Phil has completely changed my approach to nutrition and training. I'm stronger and everyone is commenting about how healthier I look now that I have lost weight. I cant recommend this guy enough and I will keep working with him
