        My 4 month-old puppy has recently been treated at Parc Vetcare for a gastroenteritis. It was lovely to see how the whole team got involved in Ninas treatment and recovery. From vets to reception, everyone showed a genuine interest in the case, and I guess it makes a huge difference when the staff valued us as the unique individuals we are rather than just a number on a list.
