The work I required doing was a difficult extraction of shattered upper pre molar and replacing it with an implant, re- positioning of another implant and hygiene work. The procedures were carried out by a highly skilled and professional team and all the Staff were friendly and attentive. I have attended a fair number of Dental practices in my time but have never felt as invested in as I have with Na Nog. I thoroughly recommend this practice.

Having been a patient of MH for some years I have valued his consistent dedication and integrity, coupled with huge experience and competence; he goes the extra mile to achieve a perfect result. These qualities are shared by the other members of the dental team, and I have always been treated with consideration and kindness. Reception and admin are welcoming and efficient, always helpful; in fact I find that I even look forward to my next appointment ,almost!

I cannot praise every person I've spoken to at the surgery enough. From my first appointment a couple of years ago, to today's appointment, their kindness and empathy towards me has been second to none. I am an extremely nervous patient, and I have always felt so well cared for in the hands of the dentist and both hygienists. Thank you. I actually left with a smile on my face today

I initially became a patient at NaNog in December 2021. I was advised by my previous dentist that I had an impacted wisdom tooth that didnt require extraction but I had numerous excruciating abscesses due to this issue, therefore I decided to seek a second opinion. I saw Euros Jones who was fantastic and I was advised to see Mr Dover who is a visiting maxillofacial consultant. He confirmed that the tooth needed to be removed but due to issues with the roots I had a more complex procedure. The experience was fantastic and the aftercare I received from Mike Hughes was excellent and I have now been pain free for over 6 months! Ive always had very yellow teeth which stain easily (no amount of whitening tooth paste had any lasting effects) so I recently started a course of dental whitening which I obtained at the practice (impressions taken, trays made). I have only started using the treatment 3 days ago and the results are phenomenal! I have very large teeth and previously I was very self conscious and the difference so far is amazing and I can now smile with confidence! I would also like to add that the reception team (Rhian and the girls) are absolutely lovely and very accommodating when booking my appointments due to my work schedule. I would 100% recommend this practice. They are professional yet very friendly and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Diolch yn fawr iawn i Euros, Mike ar staff i gyd! Nadolig Llawen i chi i gyd.
