We spent a couple of nights at Ty Cambrian and we loved it. The host is very friendly and welcoming and we definitely felt at home. The cereal for the morning breakfast and the jams made our stay even more special. The apartments were very clean and extremely spacious and the furnishing was lovely. We cannot recommend it enough if you are travelling in the area.

DO NOT BOOK HERE Booked to stay for 2 nights due to great reviews and location. Unfortunately we had to cancel a week in advance as my partner tested positive with covid. Booking.com leave it up to the owner to allow cancellation and waveir fee at their discretion even though payment wasnt due until 72 hours before arrival which this was 168 hours prior. The rude attitude of Alison was appalling with a reply of Not sure why you really need to cancel, we have guests who have it to my amazement that she would knowingly allow guests to stay and spread this without warning other guests. Unfortunately I am among a vulnerable group being a cancer survivor so i do all I can to avoid Ill health. My response to this was I am not prepared to travel in these circumstances and am alarmed you would allow people to stay there with it and not informing other visitors of this. Please agree my cancellation immediately and no more will be said to which I received this reply Who do you think you're talking too..?? Cancel your own booking.!!! I therefor took the matter up with booking.com and within minutes of reading through the messages at their amazement of how unprofessional and rude the owner has been my break was cancelled and I cured no payment. Booking.com was amazing but unfortunately the same could not be said for Alison! Therefor I would highly recommend to AVOID BOOKING HERE.
