The place could do with some TLC BUT for 4 adults, 2 children, and a dog; it was fine.
Plenty of room, sufficient equipment, seating, etc. The bedding was imaculate, water pressure was fantastic, and the location for Snowdonia is great. Portmeirion is only 5 minutes up the road!
I'd suggest adding coat hooks in the utility room area and putting another bed in the roof.
I didn't see any evidence of PAT testing of electrical equipment.
All in all, I would say it's a fine place for a family who isn't too worried about the finish.
