Did a 12 week programme with Sean, really helped boost my confidence in the gym and made me realise how important form is when lifting and also how important nutrition is. Had a good laugh every session whilst being pushed to get every rep in. Couldnt recommend Sean enough as a trainer / coach!

Sean is an awesome PT, he is encouraging and supportive. Not only am I feeling stronger, Ive grown in confidence. I would highly recommend to all abilities as Seans knowledge and experience is incredible.

Excellent personal trainer. Sean really does tailor your programme so that it is suitable to you. Sean spends a lot of time to learn about you - your strengths and weaknesses and what you want from a PT. Great sessions and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Sean has been brilliant from day one , I was nervous about starting PT sessions , but he made me feel super comfortable and relaxed about being out of my comfort zone. The first thing we discussed was eating habits and a clear lack of water in my life! He was very detailed about what we should work towards and ensured that everything he suggested was right in my head too. We took it at my pace to start but he pushed me each session after and Ive felt so much improvement. If you want a trainer who doesnt just make you do the obvious, but cares about the progression and knows when your posture and positions are not quite right, then this is the guy for you. Ive not met a gym instructor or PT that has such attention to detail and its something everyone needs, especially if youre having muscle issues or back problems like me. Would 100% recommend. A bonus is hes friendly and easy going too.

Cant recommend Sean enough! Made me so much more confident in the gym and has helped me with my weight loss journey! Looking forward to see what we can achieve over the next year as i aim for big changed before my wedding
