Merfyn was extremely professional, the service was unbelievable for the fee required and I would most whole-heartily recommend him and his firm. He arrived. on time, packed the lorry professionally and carefully along with Lyndon his helper in extremely hot conditions. We were moving from Anglesey to Monmouthshire so as far as you can go within Wales so packed the day before the move, returned on time the next day to pick up the bed and then arrived within 30 minutes of his estimated arrival time. Again carefully and professionally unpacked the lorry, put the furniture back together, downstairs and upstairs and even had time for a chat and a cup of tea before driving the 6 hours back to North Wales. Merfyn sometimes was difficult to get hold off quickly but he always did come back with an answer and he is such a nice kind caring businessman who appreciates customer satisfaction is key. Nothing was broken, missing or damaged in any way so 100% satisfied and I would use him again or recommend that my friends and family call Merfyn first, he deserves our business. Moved house on the 16th December 2020. We were lucky enough to find Merfyn of Roberts Transport, Penmaenmawr. Our move was a sizeable one and long distance so we needed someone that 'knew what they were doing', who had experience, who was not only professional but also took good care of our house contents. Merfyn and his team were all of above and way more! And their personalities made an extremely stressful situation/move into totally organised fun. What more can you ask? A good price maybe......well Merfyn's fee's beat all of his competitors! Would we recommend Merfyn and his team.... truthfully you would be crazy NOT to book them, they are the whole deal. Ps. They all love their tea and coffee...and don't forget the sugar & Doughnuts Good luck with your move, we KNOW you won't be disappointed with Merfyn and his team
