Ordered a tarpaulin roof from this company. They took my card details over the phone and told me it would be ready for the following week. No sign of my goods so I called, only to be told they were going to ring me to see if I still wanted it? I explained that I had already paid! In reply I was informed that they hadn't taken payment, they just kept a note of my card details?? Questionable business practices to say the least, if not illegal for sure.

Having bought L shaped patio furniture I was getting fed up of the cover (Id bought with the set) blowing up in the wind and the cushions getting wet. I contacted Brookes Tarpaulins and asked if by some miracle they sold covers to which they replied no but we can make you one problem at all. I dropped of the cover I had so that they could use it as a template and was shown various colours and thickness of fabric and advised which weight would be best consider its purpose and where I lived. Less than 2 wks later I got a call saying the cover was ready. I ended up putting the cover on during rather a windy day (something I couldnt DREAM of doing with the old one as it was so lightweight!) and it fitted like a glove. No more running out in the wind to put bricks on top to stop the cover blowing off, or having to go out in the rain to lift up the cover to get rid of the small lake that had formed in a dip between two cushions! Massive thanks to Brookes Tarpaulins for an excellent product, simple and straightforward process to get a bespoke product after dealing with very helpful, skilled and knowledgable staff from start to finish!
