I can highly recommend LockLatch for both their product and customer service. Product wise it works well and there are few different ways to mount depending on your door. If you use the screws bear in mind they are security screws (so make sure you get it positioned correctly). Also just make sure that when all is attached you can easily access the lock. These are not issues with produce but more tips when installing. Customer service wise I initially ordered the pet latch but we found this too large. I contact Steve and he was very good allowing me to return without any problems and despatching a replacement very quickly. Once fitted I then ordered a further two for our other patio/french doors.

Fabulous product. I bought two pet ones, one for each balcony door. I dont have pets but I wanted the facility of a wider door opening. Living in an apartment on the fifth floor near the sea can be pretty windy! The doors had to be fully open or shut. With LockLatch I am now able to have some fresh air with the doors secured and not banging shut both during the day and night. I have recommended them to lots of people in my apartment block. Great service from all at LockLatch, prompt delivery and nice follow up emails, thanks so much.

Great device that is really easy to install and use. Ideal to hold doors securely ajar to help with ventilation and pet access, whilst preventing unwanted access.
