        Called up after realising Id bought the wrong parts elsewhere. Was able to get the right parts as well as some good advice straight away. Got the inside of my Rayburn rebuilt and working better than when we bought it. Will be shopping here from now on.

        Agafix Spares (and more specifically Barry Charman) are one of the most helpful and obliging organisations I have ever done business with. I needed to have an enhancement to my Rayburn stove and Barry told me how to do it myself and 'held my hand' over the phone all the way through it to a successful conclusion. I can't speak too highly of them .

He explained what each part of it was for and gave us advice, with several emails back and too. Friendly & efficient & is sending the part that I have been searching for, for a long time.         Have been using Agafix for years. They are THE go to place for servicing issues. I have bought new shells and a Toby valve from them, both were better than the originals. Barry has also been really helpful on various occasions when I have phoned him for advice.
