I forgot to pay in front of the taxi coming but they were understanding and allowed me to pay over the phone which has never happened before

Ordered a taxi on the app, confirmed booking to then get a phone call at the time the taxi was due to arrive to say they had no cars. Basically leaving us stranded. How can you confirm a booking and then not offer the service. Very unprofessional

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, ABYSMAL SERVICE Last year while visiting my brother I used Dragon taxis who were terrible, I reviewed them at the time. So this year we were over for a family wedding and was told Premier taxis are good. I rang up for a cab from the hotel venue for 1130 on sat night and the phone was answered as DRAGON!!!! and they could only do 12.10 so I thought I'd better book as it seems really busy. The guy quoted 27! I queried this at it was only 2.9 miles from Court Colman Manot Hotel to Wetherspoons in Bridgend. The operator insisted it was 9 miles though. I kept the booking while I looked for another cab and found Jackson Cabs who were exceptional. I rang Premier/Dragon back and got and automated message telling me about my booking and to cancel it press 2, I duly cancelled it and had a message confirmation. On the Sat night I got a text from Dragon at 23.18 saying my car will arrive shortly, and at 23.20 I got a txt offering me the Apple Pay service. I had also received a voicemail on my phone to say he was running late and it would be 11.25 when he arrived. We were already safely back at Wetherspoons by then thank goodness.

'booked' a taxi from a&e dept home at 1am. Completely let down. Texts to say 'no drivers in my area' when it was 10 mins late. Long and short of it is: there is no booking. There are no bookings. This service relies on drivers 'picking up' fares from a system: they're self employed. There were no arrangements made to pick me up. They took the booking and held funds on my card for it with no preparations made for a taxi to come at booked place and time. Male call handlers awful- hung up on me when I asked questions about how it works, so as to determine if a driver was actually coming to collect me (nope, not at all)- was it worth waiting? No. Female call operatives FAR better : I was annoyed and upset because this meant walking home 4 miles in the rain as a lone female down semi rural roads at 2am. I literally had no other option. Total letdown. Will never use again.
