        Unfortunately, quite a frustrating experience. After calling a day ahead, I thought I had scheduled two rides after speaking to dispatch and being told I was in the diary. However, when it came time for pickup - no car showed and after waiting 10 minutes, I tried to call the listed number which was turned off. After waiting 15 minutes, I had to give up and run over to the train station to flag down a taxi.
