Steak and Stamp

Lovely experience in a very friendly, independent restaurant. The steaks were delicious. Everything was very well presented, with a lot of obvious care and attention. Service was friendly and paced well. Prices were good. We would definitely return. We did return and it was still very good. We were in a shed this time in the garden. It was a little chilly but food was still good.

This is a lovely little place tucked away in Pencoed that was recommended to us and that we will be recommending onto others. The staff were super friendly and all pitching in with a variety of tasks in the restaurant. The portions were generous and the quality excellent. There were enough great options on the menu to ensure we will definitely be back to try it all!

We had a really nice meal here recently. Two of us had the steak sharer and really enjoyed - the ribeye was particularly tasty. The cabbage and bacon side was incredible. My wife's burger was also really good (I may have stolen a bit). We were in the private dining shed - there's a bell to call your waiter if you need anything and a remote control for the heater. The service was excellent. Parking: The best place to park is the car park behind Maes Glas Vets
