I can't stress highly enough how good Melvyn is at his job. He is professional, passionate and knowledgable. We moved into a new house which had rats and was very distressing. We originally went with Rentokill who were absolutely useless with us ending up getting a full refund. Melvyn attended the property found the point of entry in literally 10 minutes. He set up CCTV to monitor movements, baited appropriately and gave excellent advice. He liaised with us via Whatapp giving regular updates and answering questions. We end up getting ratflaps fitted as well as other remediation suggested by Melvyn and the rats have gone with no signs so far! On top of all this, Melvyn is just a fantastic person - friendly, sympathetic and understanding. He could tell how much the problem was bothering us and made sure we felt at ease when the work was in progress. Seriously - if you have a pest problem - this is the man to help you! Having had a sporadic rat issue that we believe we inherited when we bought the house 5 years ago, I asked Melvyn to come out as a fresh pair of eyes. We had been on a journey that included no fewer than 2 CCTV drain inspections, meshing of the roofline and had already discovered 4 potential entry points in the past. All this had been done by another pest control business. However we had recently discovered rat activity in our loft again. Melvyn arrived, was very knowledgeable and, didn't waste time looking at things he knew we had already explored. He spent time understanding the flow of our drainage and suggested he'd take another look. He found a big hole in the side of the front drain pot lining that led to the cavity of our downstairs bathroom, and was consistent with where we'd heard climbing in the past. Following 3 more visits, to date there has been no further activity and he has even given us tips to ensure we have ruled out any future points of entry.
