        Soooo rude! One of the reception lady is very rude! She hang up the phone when I was speaking! And I have to call it again and the waiting time was very long23minsWasting time! If you want to make an appointment you must call them at 8am, if not they will not let you book!

        I can highly recommend this practice if you are moving to Pencoed or are not happy with your current surgery. I was a patient myself for 31 years before moving from the area, but still attend occasionally with my Mother. She is always treated with kindness and respect and the medical care she receives is very very good.

        After 2 weeks trying to book an appointment with Dr Thomas, calling in, from 8am and having to press 2 for English 30 times, holding for 45 minutes, I am told that Dr Thomas is fully booked for a prebooked appointments. So I have now settled for any doctor, also after being told that I could use any one of the other doctors for my current medical problem. Very disappointed patient for 12 years
