The New Surgery

Totally impossible for someone with my health issues to be able to book an appointment. Cant do online and can never speak to anyone on a phone. Utter shambles of a surgery

Surgeries understaffed doesnt always talk appeared to be clean CI destine corners. Appearance of the building not kept well. Not me to feel python entry. Staff to involve in personal tasks rather unable to the knowledge you and say hello. Building cleanliness not good lots of dust Doctor attended yesterday was very rude and abrupt didnt have time for conversation or discussion about my analysis.

Negligent - Ive been in and out for 4months with ongoing quite severe symptoms that are literally ruining my life and this surgery is extremely reluctant to investigate - it is impossible to get any form of scan! Zero reassurance and they bat off all duty of care at every given opportunity by belittling your symptoms in which time my symptoms have worsened. I highly recommend you avoid this surgery and register else where or pay for private if you are able. Ive also been advised by an out of hours to change GP who agreed when I tried alternative methods for help.

Have been trying since 8am to get through , 3 minutes of speal then it directs you to the online booking system which doesn't recognise the practice. 5 times this has happened. Not very good. Come on I'm sure this can be improved considerably.

Awful booking system. Unavoidable & unskippable info dump (2 and half minutes) upon connection. Then be told they're too busy to answer your call, refer you to their appointment booking website and then cut you off. When you get to the booking site New Surgery isn't listed. The booking system here is a stressful headache. Another sign of the cost cutting failing system that is the NHS.
