        Purchased a weave in October and by December it was thin and straggly and looks awful. I have been wearing extensions for 5 years and this is the worst quality hair ive ever had, lasted a total of 2 months. Contacted them and they were no help, 380 down the drain

        Placed an order for a client, I did a perfect colour match like I usually do, the Hair arrives the wrong shade... my client asked if there was a way it could be blended to give the ombre/baleage effect, so I had a look and unfortunately there was nothing that could be done... I contacted the company, to notify them of what had happened... they won't let me return the hair or get a refund even tough the hair is still all in its original packaging and they made an error..they have also claimed that they have recorded one of my calls illegally.. and the owner is also denying been the owner... despite her been the named owner on companies House. Don't get me wrong the hair is amazing quality... but the wrong shade! I have now been blocked from contacting them so I've had no choice but to contact my bank for a refund. I am fully willing to return the hair as it is no use to me or my client... I have had to refund my client and not only have I lost income I have lost a lovely client. Top image is what I ordered... bottom image is what I received...
