Excellent fish so perfectly cooked and delicious. The Steak and Kidney pie is so tasty and comforting. The chicken is gorgeous crispy skin and tender meat. And the fruity curry is the best. Lovely staff who give excellent service and a smile.

Always great service when I go there weekly. Great portion sizes and always hot food when unwrapped at the the house. Staff are extremely pleasant, polite and always willing to go above and beyond. Cant recommend Leyshons highly enough and Im salivating even whilst typing this review. Cant wait to visit next. Keep up the great work guys. Such a well respected family business that is an absolute asset to Pencoed.

Very poor service tonight, ordered chicken curry & chips, & fish & chips : given we waited outside for more than 10 mins with the buzzer, on asking for our order, were told our food was already ready for collection & the buzzer had not been used. The chicken curry & chips came as just a carton of curry sauce with shredded chicken pieces in it & then we were asked for a further 2.60 for missing chips . The total cost of meal was nearly 17 ( 2 cans of pop included ) When asked why cant I have chicken curry & chips as ordered, they said they always serve shredded chicken in sauce in a carton unless you ask for it on a tray Suffice to say, we will not be returning.

Perfect chips, and the fish has brilliant white meat with melt in your mouth batter well worth a visit.
