Very disappointed with this company and I feel that the three level pricing is simply one level pricing - the most expensive.

I gave to this company a NAS Hard drive disc in new condition, in its pack, on which the company had to copy lost data. The disc was damaged between them and the transport company DHL. I would like to make a claim but FDR refuses. I don't say it's their fault, could be DHL but what is sure is that my HDD was new. Marvellous !!! These 2 big companies are blocking discussions. It costs me 200 pounds. Which is expensive for a particular ... Congrats

Received a fast and efficient service with personal communication. A little pricier than I expected but all lost files were recovered from a hard drive total failure. A more reasonable price would have deserved 5 stars.
