We placed order as usual, than we waited. After 20min I went to counter to ask how long it will take. I received answer by happy teenager, making selfie in the same time with friends that visited restaurant, that food is ready waiting for drinks. Great.... After next 10 min (30 total) I went and asked how long it's taking to make 2 milkshakes, 1 Fanta and cappuccino. At that moment I received food. Success.... I thought. And here disaster started. From order we were missing Fanta and fries. When I touched fries there were cold and soft. Cappuccino was cold already, happy meal burger was still frozen and APPLE PIE just 4h out of date. We asked to replace those items and Girl serving us, took apple pie, took sticker off and gave it back to us saying it is new!!!! At that point we said Thank you. Can we speak to manager. Anthony he apparently was manager that day, did not give a sh..... We got refund and left. 12 min later on another Mc Donald station. Order took 6min and all was fresh and tasted as should. So that's just a overview of this place.
