        Similar to every other customer that left a review I consent that the service is TERRIBLE. After 4 weeks of being unable to fix the audio of the camera they are sending me an email saying they cannot find what causes the fault, asking me if I can provide any help .

        Refused to repair a product that was well within warranty and then had the gaul to charge me a whopping 20 just for it to be sent back to me.
