AVOID AVOID AVOID. I contacted this company regarding the leak in my guttering, or so I thought it was a leak from the guttering. He came over the same day I had called him, told me that it was a 10 minute job and he knew what the problem was. I said okay, that's great, quoted me 300 which was doable. I said I will contact him and let him know. He said he was very busy and would not be able to fit me in but he was free that same afternoon. I wanted longer to think about it but he insisted that the sooner I do it the better. So I agreed and he came back later that day with a very young man and within 10 mins he said he was finished. I asked him to take a video of his work and he showed me what he had done. I paid him and off he went. The problem persisted and I contacted him to tell him I was getting leaks and damp, nothing. So I then contacted 3 big companies for them to give me a quote and all three said that it's not the guttering its my roof and whoever said the guttering is the problem had lied. So I again contacted this guy and told him what the other three companies had said and I told him I would need a refund because not only he charged me something that cost about 20 but also the guttering is not the issue. I have been messaging him since December and he completely failed on his empty promises. Please do not get sucked in by a few positive reviews as someone else might hand over their hard earned money to this person who I believe is inexperienced and incompetent to carry out a job like this. If there was option to give him no star I would have done that but unfortunately I have to settle for 1 star.
