We have not visited the venue but bought some smoked stilton from a food event at Newcastle Emlyn where they had a stall. We have eaten some gorgeous smoked products over the years including many smoked cheeses. Sadly this was grossly over smoked to the point where you could not define what you were eating as the smoking completely overpowered the cheese taste. Now that takes some doing with a stilton ! Probably the worst smoked product we have ever eaten ..
