Ordered an item from this company but due to no fault of their own it has not managed to be delivered. I have been very satisfied with the communication though as I have been kept in the loop of what is going on and offered a refund with the parcel still being delivered. Absolutely brilliant experience ordering from here! Love to support local and businesses like this make it so easy to do so! I had a question before I ordered and got put through to Daisy who was outstanding. Daisy solved my query quickly and I was so impressed! My order was delivered the next day, despite me not asking for next day delivery. When the product arrived I was straight on it! I ordered the sensitive lotion to try and am absolutely not disappointed. It isn't greasy or smelly and absorbs into the skin beautifully. Looking forward to seeing any long term results. Will be making another order ASAP! Thanks!!

Hello chuckles,I've been on your Complete Prebiotic for just over a week and boy its given me an extra boost in energy levels! plus the amazing keifir both go excellent together. Keep up the good work you wonderful workers.
