St. Nicholas & St. Teilo Church

This 13th century church sits back from the road in the centre of Penally village. On an old pilgrimage route it has been extended and developed over the centuries, although is still small. There is no dedicated parking but you can park on the local roads. The internal highlights are 2 rare carved 10th century Celtic crosses and a 13th century altar tomb. The church is well worth visiting if you are in the area.
