    Do not book! Was given incorrect code to get into apartment and the phone number provided was OFF! so emailed several times whilst I stood in freezing cold rain for the code and left voicemails to which I had no reply. In the end I decided to leave before I caught hypothermia. My journey to get there was nearly two hours and two hours back home. So I'm furious not only I couldn't use my accommodation I lost all that petrol money. Also lost future clients for my business due to not being able to meet them as I was soaked through from waiting outside apartment building. And incase your wondering, I still haven't had a call back or email back about getting into my apartment!!!!

    The apartment is very well presented and neat & clean. However, I found it to a bad choice for 2 nights stay while on holidays. Here is why: (1) No spare toilet papers. So either carry your own or make a trip to the supermarket. (2) No response from the phone number provided. So, in case of emergency assistance, good luck! (3) Loud music last night way past mid-night, so difficult to sleep. While the music likely comes from a nearby nightclub, there was so much noise coming even from their games room. Yesterday, we saw at least 10 teenagers sitting by the entrance making noise. Not sure whether those were guests or just people who have the entry code. Because no one responds to the phone calls, difficult to know. (4) The labyrinth of (not so straightforward) codes operated doors. It is stressful. For each of the doors, you have to enter the code, swing the handle in a specific direction and pay attention to whether to pull out or pull in. I have always been apprehensive of booking apartments. For the price they charge, they were poor value for money vs. hotels.
