The Brow & Lash Studio

I've been using the Brow and Lash studio for around 6 years. I have had pretty much all treatments that they provide and never been disappointed I have my eye lashes done regularly, botox, nails done etc. Vicky and her team there are professional, experienced and cant do enough to accommodate you, always friendly , happy and easy to chat too. The salon has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, its easy to find, plenty of places to park , ideal location. Would not ever go anywhere else for my beauty treatments. If there were 10 stars I would give 10 stars!! . Keep doing what your doing girls Services: Pedicure, Tanning, Acrylic nails, Waxing, Brow lamination, Eyelash extensions, Eyebrow shaping

Would give zero stars but i cant. I went in for some lash extensions which Id sent multiple reference images of what I wanted and everything seemed fine, I checked if the images had been seen and she said yes. I was a little worried when she started and didnt even clean/prime my eyelashes, she just started placing them on not knowing how bad that can be for lash longevity I just let it go for then which looking back I shouldnt have. I then heard halfway through my lashes her asking if she can see the images I sent, only now when she was done she sat me up and told me to open my eyes, I did and they burned from the glue not being dried properly, she then dried them a few seconds longer and said oh dont worry this happens to everyone . It really shouldnt I couldnt actually see my lashes because my eyes were so sore but once I left and could see them they were not what I asked for. She clearly only looked at one of the references and had done the completely wrong style and thickness. I cried after spending 50 on lashes I hated. The whole time they were on my eyes were itchy and sore, I found half were stuck to my eyelid and some would end up twisting and poking in my eye, it caused trouble sleeping. When some fell out I realised there were too many put on one lash or there was poor isolation in application. I ended up trying to get them off at home and my natural eyelash were destroyed. Luckily I havent suffered permanent lash loss but I definitely could have. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Service: Eyelash extensions

Visited today , lovely atmosphere,Vicky was welcoming ,and had given me good knowledge of the procedure and aftercare,will definitely go back here
