18 separate violations of four EU laws regarding the plant's cooling system. The power station's cooling system adversely affects marine wildlife in the Milford Haven waterway.

I was interested in seeing an Alstom Combined Cycle Power Station up close so when I was visiting the area from the USA a couple of years ago. I drove on public roads all the way to its parking lot (outside the fenced area of the plant) . There were NO signs indicating this was not allowed. But pretty soon a security van drove up and I was rudely shooed off. If the public is not allowed to get that close there should be barriers and signs indicating that to be the case.
