        Unfailingly friendly and professional staff who will go the extra mile to sort any problems or make posting easier. A good shop, too where you can buy just about anything to do with posting!

        Brought a parcel here, I got told they couldn't take it which is fine. The lady at the back was very rude and after explaining I don't know where meyrick street is for the nearest post box, she just looked at me and point blank ignored me. Not the slightest bit helpful.

        Friendly, helpful staff. Always happy to give advice with a smile. A vast range of cards and gifts. REALLY NEEDS AN EXTERNAL POST BOX! Had to queue for 10 minutes just to post a birthday card. Unsatisfactory.
