Lloyds chemist was a great chemist at one time but I have noticed that they are getting useless. They close early, they close now at 5 and that's when I finish work, as I have mental health and need my meds. But they don't care. Another thing is they lie as well. As I found that out 5 mins ago as I need my meds and they told me that they won't be ready until Wednesday so I phoned the Dr's and was told they will be ready on Monday. So I have changed my chemist to boots inlease I know I will be able to get my meds when I really need them. Lloyds pharmacy you need to pick up your ideas or you will start to lose people. And your staff well where should I Start. You need to start thinking about people's health's the ones who are working and the ones who can't get there.

Queuing outside for 15mins...get to counter and script still had not been dispensed (doctor requested it over 2 weeks ago) as drug had not even been ordered

Helpful, caring staff, including the delivery gentleman. Thank you to the young lady who yesterday sorted my prescription. We have been, and still are extremely grateful for the great service we receive from them. Thank you Lloyds, Argyle Street.

Slow rude and unprofessional, not all the staff are some are lovely but in last 18months they employed some right numpty's. One lady with glasses is extremely rude and slower than a sloth thats on vallium. To be told "if you dont like it to go somewhere else" isnt exactly good business, so i will, Boots will now have all my prescriptions and purchases. Avoid at all costs
