cannot sign in for my prescription. What do I do ? It means my medication will be late. Very annoyed. I also tel for a home visit last week and was fobbed of with get an xray on your back or a physiotherapist. I have the most sever pain I have ever experienced along with cold sweats all day long. I feel ill, neglected, stressed and unhappy.

Terrible surgery, constantly fobbed off. At my last asthma review my blue inhaler was removed, so I now have no means of rescue should I have an attack. It's not even on my prescription. Took a month to review blood tests, or action as they call it. This isnt a one off. I was told it was because a doctor was on annual leave, usual excuse. I'm sorry but you're a surgery with 8 GPs, 5 are partners, I'm sure other members of staff can review blood tests. After chasing up, I was told I didn't need to adjust my meds on the Friday, then somehow over the weekend that changed as I recieved a call on the Monday saying they needed to be increased. For a month I was on the wrong dose. It's rather shambolic, they don't listen to you. If you value your health and sanity, avoid.
