My partner and I had an appointment at the Pembroke Dock office on 26/5/22. No disabled parking although the solicitor moved her car. She showed us into a room which we thought was a reception area as another person was sitting there. She expected us to have a consultation with this other woman sitting in the room without even checking with us that we were happy with that or telling us who she was. We had to ask who this person was and request that she leave. She then attempted to crack on with our consultation without any introductions, not knowing who was who. We were very unhappy with the lack of customer service, lack of sensitivity and empathy, and left. We are waiting for the practice manager to contact us but we are not holding our breath.
