    Absolutely shocking. Ordered a mower and grass trimmer. Trimmer fine however the lawnmower arrived with no grass box, no tool kit, nothing to put the handle together and no oil. Called customer service only to be told that the grass box was out of stock. No contact since. A week on and no sign of anything arriving. Probably the worst customer service Ive experienced in a good while. Would definitely not use again.

    Terrible customer service and quality of product. I ordered a 5 in 1 garden multi-tool from Hyundai which was subsequently provided via GenPower. The product was faulty so I was asked to return it to their workshops, at which point I was charged 58 for the product to be returned after it had been inspected at their workshop. When the product was returned it was still not working as per the operating manual. When I asked for the product to be collected on a Friday, they booked the wrong date instead collecting a parcel due to be returned to another company. Having told me they received the parcel in their workshops it is yet to have been returned 6 weeks later which has led to me missing the returns window with the other company. When the product was finally collected, I have only been refunded the original value of the product not the 58 for the product which was inspected by their workshop. This coupled with the parcel GenPower has collected in error has resulted in me being over 200 out of pocket. Repeated requests for update have been ignored by the company and if a response has been provided, it just refers to it being looked into. Whilst the products are cheaper than other brands I would strongly avoid as the quality and customer service is reflected in the price.

    POOR EXPERIENCE Ordered a 24L super silent compressor Arrived leaking, sent back for repair and arrived back dented, scraped, not working at all. Sent it back and received a second machine arrived dented from new and also leaking. Support has been prompt but the product lets it down totally. Its apparent that they dont inspect the products for faults before despatch. Youd think they would make sure the product is fit for use to avoid having to send out another broken unit.

    I have recently moved into a property that has landscaped gardens and lots of trees, one tree has been overhanging a grassed area causing a bare patch and with my plan to work on the grass this year some branches had to go. I have had a Hyundai petrol backup generator in the past and it gave great service at a competitive price, so I had a look to see what they offer and decided on the HYPS5200X pole saw. The product was well packaged, just requiring the assembly of the handle with the supplied tool, a mix of 1:40 fuel and some chainsaw oil. (Make sure the cap for the chainsaw oil is on correctly, I had a pool of oil on the floor the following morning). I am a novice at tree work but made sure I had my safety boots, helmet, face guard and ear defenders. I really had no idea what its capability would be, but it went through a branch over 9 in diameter with ease (I recommend checking and if necessary, adjusting the blade after every cut) I am incredibly pleased with my purchase and the three-year warranty gives me that extra peace of mind should there be any problems in the future.

    Bought a Hyundai petrol strimmer, it doesn't start, in contact with customer care who were very difficult to deal with. I will never buy Hyundai again as no one wants to service or even try to repair and at the point in which I realised this, Genpower would not except a refund. They sent a new carburettor but no tool to adjust/tighten, managed to fit and still doesn't work. Genpower Ltd - it helpful, poor experience, beware!
