My friend went to you guys trusting that you'd do your job right. You pierced under the mask (pembs council still not ok-ing this due to covid...) You pierced through the cartalidge and I'm hoping you don't even realise you are doing your job wrong, hoping that you take this constructively and train better at your job. Re you response, you missed also a valid point, you pierced through cartalidge on a septum piercing and did your job unsafely, learn how to pierce or don't at all.
