Placed an order at 5pm to be delivered at 8pm we were promised a call 30 mins before delivery to take payment ! At 755pm no call so obviously called them to chase delivery & were told we are too busy ! Havent even started cooking it yet and wont be delivering it !!
This order was for 12 people by 8pm we had all had a tipple or two so were left without a meal luckily the local pizza place managed to deliver at 10 pm !!!
Horrendous customer service no apology !!!

After placing an order at 5pm and patiently waited until the stated delivery time circa 8pm the restaurant cancelled the order (this was only when we phoned to see where the order was) they stated they were too busy to fulfil the order, luckily the local pizza restaurant came to our rescue
