1st Builders Cardiff

Contacted these builders about a job with a wet wall - explained there was possibly water coming in from the roof and that the entire room would need plastering once the roof and wall had been rectified. I had a call back asking me to fill out a form which I had already filled out. I then rang back after a few days of no contact to be told no one would touch the job as it was 'too small'. When I questioned further, due to thinking that plastering an entire double room and fixing a roof wasn't really a small job, I was told the builders wouldn't touch the job because of the time of the year. Entirely unhelpful, quite unprofessional and I felt like the person on the phone was quite rude about the job in hand, quite snobby. Perhaps it's because of my location.

Great service. They did a really good job when they fitted the bathroom in one of my properties.
