The Church of St Mary in Kinnerton was built in 1885 to replace a smaller, earlier church that itself had been restored in the 19th century too. The current church is simple, with an undivided nave and chancel. The steeply pitched roof is supported by scissor beams in the nave and wagon beams above the sanctuary. The chancel arch is also made of wood, supported by stiff leaf capitals. The font and elaborately carved pulpit date from the 19th century. The small amount of stained glass is by Camm and Co in 1940, including an interesting addition of a hare on the north wall.
