        Food delivered cold was told driver would call back for food before refund waited 1 hour and no one came for food, phoned back and was told it's too late for a refund now

        Freezing cold kebab first time around, second set sent out even colder. Phone operated extremely rude and refund denied. 27+ wasted. So cold the thermometer was giving an error.
