        i am absolutely appalled with the customer service in this garage. i spoke to the person who answers the phone and booked my bike in, i took the bike there with the intention of getting it fully repaired and motd. whilst trying to explain the issues they seemed very disinterested, and didnt care what i had to say. they were rushing me off the premises as they were waiting to close the doors, they claimed they were going to look over it in the morning, i received a phone call that next morning with theyre quote in excess of 1000. i revisited the garage to collect my bike, when i asked for a list of everything included in theyre quote. i was told they havent even looked over the bike,so not very happy to say the least. (id like to add. free pound later and the bike is mint)
