Such an enthusiastic, welcoming and energetic teacher, with great routines. Now running online classes, both live and available to buy, helping us get our zumba fix and stay sane

Zumba with Sam is absolutely fabulous!! I've been going to her class in New Brighton for a few weeks now and I love it so much . It is unlike any other Zumba class I've been to before... Sam is a trained dancer which really makes a difference as the routines she choreographs are creative, fun and a full body work out!! If you want to put your all into it, then it is a proper work out! . In some classes I've been to before you hardly break a sweat. However Sam is so lovely and urges all to go at their own pace so if you want to take it easier you can. She accommodates all levels of fitness and really looks out for everyone. Thanks so much Sam for making me feel good. Look forward to seeing you Monday night
