        I went there on 5 November at 11:51 at night. I bought a bottle of water and When we asked the staff politely can we get a bottle of coke as well, she said why didnt you tell me before I will need to go again and arent we paying them? Its not like they are giving it for free. The staff was disgusting and she was very disrespectful and rude, when I told her I will complain she told me yes I dont care you can do.

        On way to nightshift and stopped to get a Costa coffee from machine. Both machines not working so told young lad, who changed the milk. He closed the machine door and said its ok now, despite the display saying otherwise. Left me standing while he went to serve 4 people who came in after me!!!!!!!!! Hacked off and now running late for work, he wasn't bothered, just kept serving others and happy to keep me waiting. All I wanted was a coffee for journey to work, didn't even get that.
