Needed a fire grate for my Contura I4fs urgently as it had cracked in two places and was getting stuck when hot. I searched Google and found a few places that had them in stock. Stovespares had an easy to use website and the genuine replacement at a very reasonable price and reasonable delivery charge. They also had a proper telephone number and address. I ordered on Sunday and the item was in my hand by Tuesday. Item was excellently packaged. If I need any spares again I will definitely be using this company again. Thankyou

My first purchase from Stove Spares was a new Baffle/Throat Plate. That was last August 2022. At that time I would have given them a 4-star review based on competitive pricing, product quality and service. I didnt do a review. It was too soon to know how well the item would do its job. Also giving 5-stars leaves nothing in reserve. My wood burner worked hard through this last winter and that Baffle/Throat Plate is doing a great job. And it should do, its what they are designed to do. I recently bought a Door Seal Rope Kit from Stove Spares as that now also needs re-doing. This time a hiccup! The wrong seal arrived. Suffice to say that this time Im giving Stove Spares that 5-star rating for the speed with which the mistake was handled, and the correct Door Rope Seal Kit arrived with First Class delivery.
