        I have always found Lloyds helpful and pleasant.Occasionally there have been supply issues with medicines but they have been apologetic and it has been quickly sorted.

        Absolutely terrible. Dont deliver medication on time. Dont answer the phone. Rude staff but quite happy to chat among themselves while we wait to be served. Complaint gone to head office, lets hope they can improve but I wont be having my elderly mums medication through them again as had nothing but problems to get her medication. Gods knows what she would of done if she didnt have family to sort this mess out. My advise dont waste your time going there, Morrisons pharmacy and Boots is so much better.
