        Boring and bad pricing. Can't get a price over the phone. MUST been an email. People that work there are boring and rude, no personality, very dull to deal with. When you speak to them, they sound so bored of their lives. I've waited up to 7 working days for a price. In this industry, that is ridiculous. Very slow to replies on enquiries. When 1 person is off, it takes days and days and days to reply. Their customers (which are my suppliers in UK) can get better prices. 250 minimum line on STOCK items. An extremely overpriced, boring, no personality UK company. Just avoid because not worth it and terrible customer service.
