Kara is a true professional; caring, gentle and a great listener. She personalised my hypno to include pain management. I had severe pain and it worked immediately. I wasn't a 'believer' before but I'm now pain free and so much more relaxed. She also helped with stress etc. I'm really impressed by her work!

A couple of years ago, I had severe heart palpitations (like 3 to 5 every few minutes) for a few months. and I didn't have a clue why or how to stop it. Went to the doctors, they checked everything and said they can't find any abnormality. Spoke to Kara about it and she told me that its because of stress and sent me a hypnotherapy recording to listen to everyday. I started listening to it every night before going to bed and with in a few days, the palpitation stopped and I slept better. Now, whenever I have heart palpitation I just listen to the recording and it disappears within a day or two. I would highly recommend you to have a quick chat with Kara if you have similar problems. There are no side effects so, why not give it a try!!!

I was wary about trying hypnotherapy because of the hypnotism I had seen on shows etc - this is completely different! I never felt like I was 'being controlled' or 'programmed'. It is very relaxing and thought provoking! Kara is really lovely to work with, she is a great listener, non-judgemental and really 'hears' what you say and takes it on board. I found the interactive sessions to be my favourite, they are very insightful, giving me much to reflect on in the days after each session. Initially I didn't feel like I saw much change but over the course of sessions I started to notice the positive effects in my mindset and daily life, I really feel Kara helped me to break down the mental and emotional blockages and move forwards. Well worth a try!

Kara has the perfect voice for Hypnotherapy! I was struggling with type 2 insomnia (getting to sleep fine, but waking at 3-4am without reason.) I'm a functional health practitioner, and a bit of a control freak, so felt I should be able to figure it out on my own, but that's just it - some stuff can't be 'figured out', it needed to be let go of, and reprogrammed into my subconscious. I did a combo of in-person sessions and listening to recordings as I was falling to sleep, and over the weeks, my sleep has deepened and has stayed more consistent through the night. This isn't an overnight fix, but if you're willing to let go a bit, and give it time, it can do a work that not much else can do.

I have been suffering with chronic pain for many years and have tried numerous alternative treatments for my condition. My wife came home with a leaflet for hypnotherapy she had picked up and suggested it might help. I was a little sceptical to be honest but thought why not see if it could help in some way. After an initial consultation, I threw myself in and booked a total of 3 sessions with Kara. The entire experience over the three sessions were something I couldn't have imagined. Kara was totally professional and focused on my issues. Two of the three sessions were recorded and will be used as aids to help me further. The help and benefit I have gained is immense. My daily morphine intake has reduced which has decreased the side effects too. Kara has given me a way of decreasing pain and relaxing allowing me to regain a level of comfort I gave not felt for many years. I am deeply grateful, thank you so much Kara
