Normally have okay dealings with Barcud but when I tried to get them out to check on my elderly mother's gas boiler & shower which had both stopped working they initially gave me a quote of 28 days because she wasn't classed as an emergency. Only bought it down to 7 days when I fully explained the situation to them & called it unsanitary & unacceptable. 7 days is still pretty bad. Absolutely disgusting.
